General Summary:

Responsible for building quality customer relationships and solving customer issues “real-time” while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide superior product and service information to current customers
  • Troubleshoot customer problems in order to resolve customer concerns on the first call
  • Make outbound calls for customer follow-up and customer care
  • Respond to written inquiries as assigned ( mail and/or e-mail)
  • Meet Center performance standards for:
  • Calls monitored
  • Available time
  • Schedule adherence
  • Others as documented for the Center

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personality Traits:

  • Excellent telephone service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays

  • Demonstrate ability to solve customer issues and prevent escalating situations

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years service experience desired
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations
  • Telecom, sales, or repair experience preferred
