General Summary:
Responsible for building quality customer relationships and solving customer issues “real-time” while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide superior product and service information to current customers
- Troubleshoot customer problems in order to resolve customer concerns on the first call
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-up and customer care
- Respond to written inquiries as assigned ( mail and/or e-mail)
- Meet Center performance standards for:
- Calls monitored
- Available time
- Schedule adherence
- Others as documented for the Center

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years service experience desired
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Telecom, sales, or repair experience preferred
