(AMEX:MPE), the parent company of Mpower Communications Corp., a leading provider of broadband Internet access and telephone services to business customers, today held its annual meeting of shareholders in Chicago, IL. At the meeting, Mpower shareholders re-elected Michael M. Earley and Robert M. Pomeroy to its seven-member Board of Directors. Each will serve a three-year term expiring in 2007.
