An Auto Responder will automatically reply back to the person sending an email with your predetermined message. It can also forward that person's message to another email address that you specify.

For example, if you create an auto responder email address of info@yourdomain.com and someone sends an email to that address, you could have the Auto Responder send this message: "We have received your request and someone will be contacting you shortly." At the same time, the Auto Responder could forward that person's message to someone in your office.
