Select POP3 from the dropdown menu.

Enter pop.mpowercom.net in field labeled Incoming Mail.

Enter smtp.mpowercom.net in the box for your Outgoing Mail.

Click "OK" at the bottom of the dialog box. Then click "Next" at the bottom of this page.
