Enter pop.mpowercom.net in the field labeled Incoming Mail (POP3) and smtp.mpowercom.net in the field labeled Outgoing Mail (SMTP).

Enter your Full Email Address in the field labeled Account Name. Then enter the Password you assigned to the email address when you created it.

Check the box next to Remember Password.

Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box. Then click "Next" at the bottom of this page.
