Enter the Desired Mailbox ID of the email address that you wish to create (e.g., to create jdoe@mpowercom.net, you would simply enter "jdoe").

Next, enter the real name of the person utilizing that mailbox (e.g., John Doe).

Then enter a Secure Password in the field provided and re-enter your Secure Password in the field labeled Verify Password. Note that a Secure Password is one that does not spell a word, contains at least one number, and is at least six characters long.

Click on Create New Mailbox at the bottom of the page. If you receive an error, this could mean that the Desired Mailbox ID you selected may have already been taken. If this happens, try entering a different ID.

Secure Password: A secure password is one that must contain a combination of letters AND numbers with a minimum total of 6 characters. The password cannot be similar to that of the username.
