If you already have a domain-based email account set up and you want to forward messages from that account, you must delete it under the Add/Change/Delete Mailboxes link on the main page and then recreate the account here.

Type in the user name of the email address you want to forward from in the Forward All Email Addressed To: field and select the domain from the drop-down menu.

Then type in the email address you want to forward to in the To This Email Address field.

Then click the button Create New Alias.

Create Virtual Domain Email Alias
Forward all email addressed to:

To create a Catch-All account simply specify a * to match
all email addressed to the domain, that doesn't match an
alias or mailbox, and forward it to the email account of
your choice.
